Privacy Policy

This site is run by Sanna Brothers LLC, a Michigan company. We make Fratelli Sanna Limoncello. This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email us and ask.
The short version
We do not sell anything through this website, we do not run advertising on it, and we do not sell or rent your information to anybody. The only personal information we ask for is what you type into the wholesale enquiry form, and we use that to reply to you.
What we collect
- Information you send us. If you fill in the wholesale enquiry form, we receive the business name, your name, email address, phone number and message that you typed. If you email or call us instead, we have whatever you chose to tell us.
- Basic technical records. Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records things such as your IP address, browser type and which pages were requested. We use this only to keep the site running and to understand roughly how busy it is.
- An age confirmation. When you confirm you are 21 or older, your browser stores a small flag so you are not asked again. That flag stays on your device. It is not a cookie, it is not sent to us, and it tells us nothing about you.
What we do not collect
We do not collect payment details, because you cannot buy anything here. We do not run advertising trackers or third party analytics on this site. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
Who else is involved
A few outside services help run this site, and they handle some data as a result:
- Our hosting provider serves the pages and keeps the technical records described above.
- Our form provider receives wholesale enquiries and passes them to our email. Whatever you type into the form goes through them.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on these pages. Your browser requests those files from Google, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
Each of these companies has its own privacy policy. We chose ordinary, widely used providers, but we do not control what they do with the records they keep.
How long we keep things
We keep wholesale enquiries for as long as we are working with you or might reasonably follow up, and then we delete them. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Joseph@SannaBrothersLLC.com and we will take care of it. Depending on where you live you may have additional legal rights over your data. If you believe you do, tell us and we will honour them.
You can also clear the age confirmation at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Children
This site is intended for people of legal drinking age. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
